The Sober Butterfly (TSB) is a membership community focused on normalizing sobriety. We help women fall in love with the path of deep healing, becoming the best version themself, but with patience compassion, and with respect to their own journey.
TSB offers a platform that encourages sobriety, although you do not have to be sober to join. Our aim is to empower women, promote mental health and wellness practices, and shatter stereotypes related to alcohol-use disorder.
